About The Messy Dietitian
Welcome to The Messy Dietitian! I’m Jessica, a registered dietitian passionate about helping you embrace the beauty in the chaos of life—and your journey with food.
I believe nutrition doesn’t have to be perfect to be impactful. Life is messy, and so is our relationship with food, but that’s where growth happens. My mission is to guide you toward sustainable, guilt-free health practices that fit into your real life. No strict diets, no unrealistic expectations—just strategies that work for you, as you are.
If you’re looking to improve your health, meet weight loss goals, or simply feel more confident in your choices, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and unique needs. My approach prioritizes sustainable changes—ones you can stick with for the long term. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits seamlessly into your life and supports the goals that matter most to you.
About Jessica
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Olivet Nazarene University and completed over 1,200 hours of hands-on training through a dietetic internship with OSF St. Francis Medical Center. I’ve worked as a practicing dietitian for 3.5 years, gaining valuable experience in a variety of settings.
For one year, I specialized in medical and surgical weight loss counseling at a bariatric clinic, helping patients navigate their weight loss journeys with compassion and expertise. I also spent two years in a retail setting, where I provided diverse nutrition counseling services to meet a wide range of client needs.
These experiences have shaped my flexible, client-centered approach. Whether you’re seeking support with health improvement, weight loss, or simply building a better relationship with food, I bring a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to the table.
Let’s work together to redefine what healthy looks like for you.
